The combination of positive psychology and education provides a new vision for education. The twin goals of positive education can be how to improve learners' academic achievement and happiness. Positive emotions and positive traits are also considered the new idea of education intervention project which has affected the teaching methods and the concept of school counseling. The obvious effect of positive psychology and positive education on school counseling depends on the ability of consultants and the efforts of consultants as leaders, and school counselors’ leadership role is one of the basic qualities promoting education cooperation activities.
