由于永磁同步电机具有功率密度大、功率因数大、效率高等优点,已在电动汽车驱动技术中占据越来越重要的地位。电动汽车在运行中供电续航能力有限,因此降低电机损耗,提高电机高效范围对电动汽车的运行能力起着至关重要的作用。随着研究的不断深入,电动汽车用永磁电机对效率的要求不仅仅局限于额定负载等几条固定曲线的效率值能够满足设计任务,而是越来越多地要求电机在更宽的区域能够高效率运行。基于这种要求,效率map提供永磁电机在不同转速和负载下的的效率分布情况。在电机设计阶段,效率map可以作为电机设计的重要参考;在运行阶段,效率map能够为负载和转速的合理配合提供参考。

Since the permanent magnet synchronous motor features with highpower density, high power factor,high ef-ficiency andother advantagesandisdominating a more and more important positionin respect to the driving technologyofelec-tromobile. When running ,the power supply ofelectromobile is limited, so reducing the loss of motor, improving the of ef-fective range of the electromobile motor is important to the operationability. With the deepening of the research, the de-mandof electromobilepermanent magnet synchronous motoris not confinedto that the the efficiency valueof thecurve of re-latedloadof several fixed curve meetthe designed requirements , but increasingly require the motor in wider areas runswith high efficiency . Based on the requirement, the efficiency map provides the distribution of the efficiencyof permanent magnet motor in different rotatingspeed and load . During the motor design stage, efficiency map can be used as impor-tant reference for motor design ; In operation stage, efficiency map can provide reference for reasonable matching of load and rotating speed.
