通过有限元法对某型号牵引电机端盖进行轻量化设计。在端盖质量不变的前提下,提出了4种端盖的通风筋优化方案,计算原方案及4种优化方案的刚度,发现增加筋的数量可以提高这种端盖的刚度。综合考虑工艺和设计,提出了最终优化方案,这种优化方案可以保证端盖的径向刚度不降低,同时减少端盖约3%的质量。

Abstact: In this paper,Lightweight designwasperformed fora certain type of traction motor cover. Under the premise the the weight of thecover was constant , four optimizationproposalsforventilation rib were proposed. The stiffness of the original cover and four kinds of optimized covers were calculated, it was found that ifincreasing the number of ventilation rib ,the stiffnessof the cover would be strengthened. Takingprocessing and designinto comprehensiveconsideration, thepaper proposed the final optimization proposal . The new proposal could make sure the radial stiffness wouldn't decrease, and about 3% of cover quantity would becutted.
