目的:观察乳腺结构紊乱组织中P21活化蛋白激酶4(P21 activated protein kinases 4,PAK4)的表达及其与影像诊断的相关性,探讨对乳腺结构紊乱患者手术治疗的指导价值。方法回顾性分析了2012年1月至2013年10月150例接受手术治疗的女性乳腺疾病患者资料。采用HE染色和PAK4免疫组化染色重新检测患者的组织标本。结果乳腺非增生性病变组(n=50)、乳腺增生症组(n=50)、乳腺癌组(n=50)中的PAK4表达阳性率依次升高,且三组两两比较的PAK4表达差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在乳腺癌组中, PAK4表达与钼靶X线和超声的早期诊断结果呈正相关性(均P<0.05)。结论 PAK4表达不但在乳腺非增生性病变、乳腺增生症病变和乳腺癌中依次升高,且与乳腺癌术前影像学诊断结果呈正相关,或可用于指导乳腺结构紊乱疾病的手术治疗。

목적:관찰유선결구문란조직중P21활화단백격매4(P21 activated protein kinases 4,PAK4)적표체급기여영상진단적상관성,탐토대유선결구문란환자수술치료적지도개치。방법회고성분석료2012년1월지2013년10월150례접수수술치료적녀성유선질병환자자료。채용HE염색화PAK4면역조화염색중신검측환자적조직표본。결과유선비증생성병변조(n=50)、유선증생증조(n=50)、유선암조(n=50)중적PAK4표체양성솔의차승고,차삼조량량비교적PAK4표체차이균구유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。재유선암조중, PAK4표체여목파X선화초성적조기진단결과정정상관성(균P<0.05)。결론 PAK4표체불단재유선비증생성병변、유선증생증병변화유선암중의차승고,차여유선암술전영상학진단결과정정상관,혹가용우지도유선결구문란질병적수술치료。
Objective To observe the PAK4 (P21 activated protein kinases 4) expression in structural disorder of mammary gland, and to investigate the correlation between PAK4 and diagnostic imaging to guide surgery. Method 150 female patients with breast disease who had surgeries during 2012 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. HE staining and PAK4 immunohistochemical staining were used to investigate the structure of mammary gland in the par-affin-embedded samples. Result The incidence of positive PAK4 expression increased in non-hyperplasia group (n =50), hyperplasia group (n = 50) and the breast cancer group (n = 50), and the differences between groups were signif-icant (all P < 0.05). PAK4 expression in breast cancer group was positively correlated with early diagnostic results of mammography and ultrasonography. Conclusion The PAK4 expression increased in non-hyperplasia/hyperplasia of mammary gland, and breast cancer, besides, the PAK4 expression was positively correlated with preoperative imaging diagnosis results, and might be an indicator for breast surgeries for structural disorder of mammary gland disease.
