目的:研究T2DM合并大血管病变患者血清松弛素(RLX )、基质金属蛋白酶‐2(M M P‐2)的表达水平,探讨RLX与M M P‐2的关系。方法将80例T2DM 患者根据是否合并大血管病变分为T2DM 未合并大血管病变(T2DM)组40例和 T2DM 合并大血管病变(MCV)组40例,另选体检健康者40名为健康对照(NC)组。采用ELISA检测各组血清RLX、MMP‐2水平。结果 NC、T2DM 和MCV组血清RLX水平逐渐下降[(2211.35±217.66) vs(1600.00±133.18) vs(1349.43±173.98)pg/ml ,P<0.01],M M P‐2水平逐渐升高[(9.00±1.00) v s (9.66±1.23) v s (12.54±1.25)μg/L ,P<0.05或 P<0.01]。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,RLX 与 SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA1c、LDL‐C 和 MMP‐2呈负相关, MMP‐2与病程、BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA1c、TG和LDL‐C呈正相关,与 HDL‐C、RLX呈负相关。多元线性回归分析结果显示,HbA1c、MMP‐2是RLX的独立危险因素,SBP、LDL‐C和RLX是MMP‐2的独立危险因素。结论 T2DM合并大血管病变患者血清 RLX水平下降,M M P‐2水平升高,血清 RLX、M M P‐2水平与T2DM大血管病变相关。

목적:연구T2DM합병대혈관병변환자혈청송이소(RLX )、기질금속단백매‐2(M M P‐2)적표체수평,탐토RLX여M M P‐2적관계。방법장80례T2DM 환자근거시부합병대혈관병변분위T2DM 미합병대혈관병변(T2DM)조40례화 T2DM 합병대혈관병변(MCV)조40례,령선체검건강자40명위건강대조(NC)조。채용ELISA검측각조혈청RLX、MMP‐2수평。결과 NC、T2DM 화MCV조혈청RLX수평축점하강[(2211.35±217.66) vs(1600.00±133.18) vs(1349.43±173.98)pg/ml ,P<0.01],M M P‐2수평축점승고[(9.00±1.00) v s (9.66±1.23) v s (12.54±1.25)μg/L ,P<0.05혹 P<0.01]。Pearson상관성분석결과현시,RLX 여 SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA1c、LDL‐C 화 MMP‐2정부상관, MMP‐2여병정、BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA1c、TG화LDL‐C정정상관,여 HDL‐C、RLX정부상관。다원선성회귀분석결과현시,HbA1c、MMP‐2시RLX적독립위험인소,SBP、LDL‐C화RLX시MMP‐2적독립위험인소。결론 T2DM합병대혈관병변환자혈청 RLX수평하강,M M P‐2수평승고,혈청 RLX、M M P‐2수평여T2DM대혈관병변상관。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum relaxin ( RLX ) and matrix metalloproteinase‐2 (MMP‐2 ) in T2DM patients with macroangiopathy , and evaluate the relationship between RLX and MMP‐2 . Methods A total of 80 T2DM patients were divided into two groups : without macrovascular complications (T2DM) group (n = 40) ,with macrovascular complications (MCV) group (n= 40) .Healthy subjects were enrolled as normal control (NC) group (n = 40) .Serum RLX and MMP‐2 levels were measured by ELISA in three groups . Results In NC ,T2DM and MCV group , RLX levels were decreased significantly [(2211.35 ± 217.66 ) vs (1600.00 ± 133.18 ) vs (1349.43 ±173.98)pg/ml ,P< 0.01] ,MMP‐2 levels were increased significantly [(9.00 ± 1.00 ) vs (9.66 ± 1.23 ) vs (12.54 ± 1.25)μg/L ,P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ].Pearson correlation analysis showed that RLX levels were negatively correlated with SBP ,DBP ,FPG ,HbA1 c ,LDL‐C and MMP‐2.MMP‐2 level were positively correlated with duration ,BMI ,SBP ,DBP ,FPG ,HbA1 c ,TG and LDL‐C ,and were negatively correlated with HDL‐C and RLX.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that HbA1 c and MMP‐2 were the independent related factors for RLX levels.SBP ,LDL‐C and RLX were the independent related factors for MMP‐2 levels. Conclusion In T2DM patients with macroangiopathy ,RLX levels were decreased ,but MMP‐2 levels were increased .Serum RLX and MMP‐2 were associated with macroangiopathy in T2DM .
