目的:探讨新诊断T2DM 患者血清网膜素‐1与骨钙素水平的变化及其与IR的关系。方法选取2012年6月至2013年3月新诊断 T2DM 组55例及NGT组55名。ELISA测定血清网膜素‐1及骨钙素水平,同时,测定血糖、胰岛素水平、HbA1 c及血脂等指标,稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA‐IR)和胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA‐β)。结果(1)T2DM组网膜素‐1、骨钙素水平低于NGT组[(193.94±69.74) vs (429.73±78.12) ng/ml;(158.58±68.7) vs (377.74±73.38)pg/ml](P<0.05)。网膜素‐1与骨钙素呈正相关(P<0.05)。(2)网膜素‐1、骨钙素与FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、HOMA‐IR及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)呈负相关。结论 T2DM 患者网膜素‐1与骨钙素水平均低于NGT 者,且网膜素‐1与骨钙素呈正相关,低水平的网膜素‐1和骨钙素可能参与了T2DM 的发生。

목적:탐토신진단T2DM 환자혈청망막소‐1여골개소수평적변화급기여IR적관계。방법선취2012년6월지2013년3월신진단 T2DM 조55례급NGT조55명。ELISA측정혈청망막소‐1급골개소수평,동시,측정혈당、이도소수평、HbA1 c급혈지등지표,은태모형평고이도소저항지수(HOMA‐IR)화이도β세포공능지수(HOMA‐β)。결과(1)T2DM조망막소‐1、골개소수평저우NGT조[(193.94±69.74) vs (429.73±78.12) ng/ml;(158.58±68.7) vs (377.74±73.38)pg/ml](P<0.05)。망막소‐1여골개소정정상관(P<0.05)。(2)망막소‐1、골개소여FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、HOMA‐IR급재지단백B(ApoB)정부상관。결론 T2DM 환자망막소‐1여골개소수평균저우NGT 자,차망막소‐1여골개소정정상관,저수평적망막소‐1화골개소가능삼여료T2DM 적발생。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum omentin‐1 and osteocalcin levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM ) patients and its relationship with insulin resistance. Methods 55 cases of newly diagnosed T2DM and 55 cases of normal glucose tolerance (NGT ) were selected from Jun ,2012 to Mar ,2013. Serum omentin‐1 and osteocalcin levels were measured by ELISA. The indicators of glucose , insulin ,HbA1 c ,and blood lipids were also determined. The index of insulin resistance was calculated by HOMA‐IR algorithm. Results (1) The serum levels of omentin‐1 and osteocalcin in newly diagnose T2DM group were lower than those in NGT group[(193.94 ± 69.74) vs (429.73 ± 78.12) ng/ml;(158.58 ± 68.7) vs (377.74 ± 73.38)pg/ml ,respectively ,P<0.05]. The level of serum omentin‐1 was positively correlated with osteocalcin (P<0.05). (2) The levels of serum omentin‐1 and osreocalcin were negatively correlated with FPG ,2 hPG ,HbA1c ,HOMA‐IR and ApoB. Conclusion The levels of serum omentin‐1 and osteocalcin decreased in newly diagnosed T 2DM and the level of serum omentin‐1 is positively correlated with osteocalcin. These findings suggested that low levels of omentin‐1 and osteocalcin may be involved in the occurrence of diabetes.
