目的:了解四川省内江市20~60岁企事业单位工作人员的糖代谢状态。方法对四川省内江地区20~60岁企事业单位工作人员整体分层随机抽取9905名,行FPG检测。FPG≥5.6 mmol/L者再检测2 hPG。结果共检出血糖异常(FPG ≥6.1 mmo/L )1296例(13.1%);IFG 1095例(11.1%)。不同性别、年龄分层比较差异有统计学意义。随年龄增长,血糖异常情况逐渐增加,50~60岁组血糖异常率达18.5%。2 hPG检测结果显示,随FPG升高,IGT和糖尿病检出率逐渐增高。结论四川省内江市企事业单位工作人员糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率较高,尽早发现糖尿病前期人群,有利于尽早干预,以减少糖尿病的发生。

목적:료해사천성내강시20~60세기사업단위공작인원적당대사상태。방법대사천성내강지구20~60세기사업단위공작인원정체분층수궤추취9905명,행FPG검측。FPG≥5.6 mmol/L자재검측2 hPG。결과공검출혈당이상(FPG ≥6.1 mmo/L )1296례(13.1%);IFG 1095례(11.1%)。불동성별、년령분층비교차이유통계학의의。수년령증장,혈당이상정황축점증가,50~60세조혈당이상솔체18.5%。2 hPG검측결과현시,수FPG승고,IGT화당뇨병검출솔축점증고。결론사천성내강시기사업단위공작인원당뇨병급당뇨병전기환병솔교고,진조발현당뇨병전기인군,유리우진조간예,이감소당뇨병적발생。
Objective To investigate the status of glucose metabolism in staffs of enterprises and institutions in Neijiang ,Sichuan ,China. Methods 9905 participants with age 20~60 years and working in the enterprises and institutions were selected by stratified random sampling method. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG ) was tested for all the participants ,and 2 h plasma glucose (2 hPG ) after meal was measured if FPG ≥ 5.6 mmol/L. Results The total number of abnormal blood glucose (FPG ≥ 6.1 mmol/L)was 1296 (13.1% ) ,and the number of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) was 1095 cases(11.1% ).Both of the prevalence of abnormal blood glucose and IFG were significantly different between different genders and ages. The prevalence of blood glucose abnormalities gradually increase with aging ,up to 18.5% in 50~60 years old group. With the increase of FPG levels ,the detection rates of impaired glucose tolerance (IGT)anddiabetesmellitus(DM)graduallyincreased. Conclusion Theregionprevalenceofdiabetesand pre‐diabetes was higher in Neijiang ,Sichuan. Early identification of patients with pre‐diabetes will contribute to the early prevention and treatment of diabetes.
