广东省高职院校中外合作办学起步早,发展快,特色明显,办学主体多元化。但当前的合作水平仍处在较低层次,存在专业设置单一、重复率较高,合作的范围不广,省内区域布局不合理,优质教育资源受众面小,未能共建课程与教学内容和实质性引进国外教师等问题。提出政府应加强引导,合理专业布局;深化合作层次,走“集约化”发展;拓宽合作国家范围与合作机构等策略,引进优质教育资源,理性开展合作项目。

광동성고직원교중외합작판학기보조,발전쾌,특색명현,판학주체다원화。단당전적합작수평잉처재교저층차,존재전업설치단일、중복솔교고,합작적범위불엄,성내구역포국불합리,우질교육자원수음면소,미능공건과정여교학내용화실질성인진국외교사등문제。제출정부응가강인도,합리전업포국;심화합작층차,주“집약화”발전;탁관합작국가범위여합작궤구등책략,인진우질교육자원,이성개전합작항목。
Higher vocational schools in Guangdong Province have made an early start for sino-foreign co?operation with rapid development, clear features and diversification. The cooperation, however, is still at a low level. The set-up of specialties is undiversified and highly repetitive. The scope of cooperation is not extensive. Unreasonable regional distribution has led to small audience of high quality education resources. The goal of es?tablishing collaboration in courses and teaching contents as well as employment of foreign teachers has not been achieved. The author suggests that governments should strengthen its guidence in the set-up of special?ties and intensification of higher-level development. The scope of cooperating countries and organizations should be expanded. Thus the introduction of quality education resources and the launch of well-planned coop?eration projects can be achieved.
