缺血再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)损伤是临床上很多种疾病的共同发病基础,是近年来的研究热点。缺氧诱导因子1(hypoxia inducible factor-1,HIF-1),是一种在缺氧条件下广泛存在于哺乳动物和人体内的转录因子。细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase,ERK)是丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-actived Protein kinase,MAPK)家族的最重要的转导通路之。近年来关于HIF-1/ERK信号的研究较多,本文就HIF-1/ERK信号通路在缺血再灌注损伤组织中的表达研究作一综述。
