目的：分析超声检查对老年人心脏老化的应用效果。方法抽取来我院诊断检查的530例老年患者，所有患者均进行彩超检查。结果所有患者而经过检查后，其中主动脉瓣钙化507例，二尖瓣钙化106例，主动脉瓣关闭不全60例，狭窄6例，二尖瓣关闭不全42例，狭窄7例，伴反流（主动脉轻度反流498例，中度15例；二尖瓣轻度反流471例，中度31例），超声显示舒张功能减退477例，收缩功能减退（EF＜50%）56例），但无临床心功能不全表现。结论超声检查可作为老年心脏老化患者的有效检查依据，老年人心脏老化以左室舒张功能减退为主，很少引起临床心衰。
목적：분석초성검사대노년인심장노화적응용효과。방법추취래아원진단검사적530례노년환자，소유환자균진행채초검사。결과소유환자이경과검사후，기중주동맥판개화507례，이첨판개화106례，주동맥판관폐불전60례，협착6례，이첨판관폐불전42례，협착7례，반반류（주동맥경도반류498례，중도15례；이첨판경도반류471례，중도31례），초성현시서장공능감퇴477례，수축공능감퇴（EF＜50%）56례），단무림상심공능불전표현。결론초성검사가작위노년심장노화환자적유효검사의거，노년인심장노화이좌실서장공능감퇴위주，흔소인기림상심쇠。
Objective:To analyze the application effects of ultrasound on the elderly cardiac aging. Methods:530 elderly patients were carried out with the examination of colour ultrasound. Results:The examination shows 507 cases of aortic valve calciifcation, mitral valve calciifcation in 106 cases, 60 cases of aortic valve closed, narrow and 6 cases, mitral insufifciency 42 cases, 7 cases of narrow with relfux (aortic mild reverse lfow in 498 cases, moderate 15 cases, 471 cases of mitral valve mild relfux, moderate 31 cases), ultrasound showed decreased diastolic function of 477 cases decreased systolic function (EF<50%), 56 cases), but no clinical cardiac was insufifcient. Conclusion:Ultrasound can be used for effective inspection in elderly patients with cardiac aging. The elderly cardiac aging features the declining function of left ventricular diastolic. It rarely causes clinical heart failure.
