目的：观察评价丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效，总结治疗经验。方法筛选、剔除，选择单独应用丹红注射液＋基础治疗治疗DN患者28例纳入治疗组，仅选择基础治疗22例DN纳入对照组，对比治疗前后相关指标。结果治疗后，治疗组与对照组UAER、Bcr、LDL-C低于治疗前，对照组UAER、Bcr、LDL-C差值高于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在基础治疗基础上联合丹红注射液治疗早期肾脏病，可起到增进疗效、抑制肾病进展效果。
목적：관찰평개단홍주사액치료당뇨병신병림상료효，총결치료경험。방법사선、척제，선택단독응용단홍주사액＋기출치료치료DN환자28례납입치료조，부선택기출치료22례DN납입대조조，대비치료전후상관지표。결과치료후，치료조여대조조UAER、Bcr、LDL-C저우치료전，대조조UAER、Bcr、LDL-C차치고우치료조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재기출치료기출상연합단홍주사액치료조기신장병，가기도증진료효、억제신병진전효과。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and summarize the treatment experience. Methods 28 cases with DN treated by Danhong injection combined with basic treatment were selected as the treatment group, and 22 cases with DN treated by basic treatment were selected as the control group after screening and culling. And the relative indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the UAER, Bcr, LDL-C levels of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment; the control group's UAER, Bcr, LDL-C differences were greater than those of the treatment group with statistically sig-nificance difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Basic treatment combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of early kidney dis-ease, can improve the curative effect and inhibit the progression of the disease.
