魅力领导是具有强势凝聚、领引功能的优质领导力。建设中国特色的社会主义，实现中华民族的伟大复兴，热切呼唤魅力领导。基于领导即“率领”和“引导”，本质就是创新，魅力领导是彰显高能质的领导创造力的行为集成的视阈，可依次通过三大领导行为层面表征领导行为魅力生成的逻辑路径及其机理，即高品位的使命感衍生强劲的凝聚力滋养行为魅力；创新、创奇迹的敢做敢为聚焦领导行为集束，彰显魅力的强劲释放；高超的领导技巧提升“溢出效应”，促进领导魅力迅速扩张。这三大领导行为层面的修炼、整合，标识着领导强势的行为魅力的生成。
魅力領導是具有彊勢凝聚、領引功能的優質領導力。建設中國特色的社會主義，實現中華民族的偉大複興，熱切呼喚魅力領導。基于領導即“率領”和“引導”，本質就是創新，魅力領導是彰顯高能質的領導創造力的行為集成的視閾，可依次通過三大領導行為層麵錶徵領導行為魅力生成的邏輯路徑及其機理，即高品位的使命感衍生彊勁的凝聚力滋養行為魅力；創新、創奇跡的敢做敢為聚焦領導行為集束，彰顯魅力的彊勁釋放；高超的領導技巧提升“溢齣效應”，促進領導魅力迅速擴張。這三大領導行為層麵的脩煉、整閤，標識著領導彊勢的行為魅力的生成。
매력령도시구유강세응취、령인공능적우질령도력。건설중국특색적사회주의，실현중화민족적위대복흥，열절호환매력령도。기우령도즉“솔령”화“인도”，본질취시창신，매력령도시창현고능질적령도창조력적행위집성적시역，가의차통과삼대령도행위층면표정령도행위매력생성적라집로경급기궤리，즉고품위적사명감연생강경적응취력자양행위매력；창신、창기적적감주감위취초령도행위집속，창현매력적강경석방；고초적령도기교제승“일출효응”，촉진령도매력신속확장。저삼대령도행위층면적수련、정합，표식착령도강세적행위매력적생성。
A charismatic leader is a person who possesses the powerful and cohesive ability of leader?ship. To construct the socialism with Chinese features, to achieve the Chinese nation’s revival, we are eagerly calling for charismatic leadership. The essence of leadership is innovation, which is based on leading and guid?ance. A charismatic leader is the symbol of integration which is combined with high ability and creative leader?ship.The forming of its logical path and principle can be progressively divided into three parts:the powerful co?hesiveness that derives from the high grade sense of mission;the innovative acts with courage and determina?tion that release the enchantment of leadership;the super leading skills conduce to promote the“Spillover Ef?fect”of a leader’s charisma. These three parts of leadership behavior practise, integrate, identify the forming of the behavioral enchantment.
