目的：总结肺叶切除术前后呼吸道的护理体会。方法采用回顾性分析法对本院近年来收治的40例肺叶切除术患者的临床资料进行分析，总结术前、术后对他们采取的护理措施及效果。结果40例患者均得到良好的护理效果，无1例患者死亡。结论针对肺叶切除术患者的特点，在术前、术后对其进行精心的呼吸道护理，有助于降低呼吸道并发症的发生几率，提高患者的治疗效果，促进患者的康复。

목적：총결폐협절제술전후호흡도적호리체회。방법채용회고성분석법대본원근년래수치적40례폐협절제술환자적림상자료진행분석，총결술전、술후대타문채취적호리조시급효과。결과40례환자균득도량호적호리효과，무1례환자사망。결론침대폐협절제술환자적특점，재술전、술후대기진행정심적호흡도호리，유조우강저호흡도병발증적발생궤솔，제고환자적치료효과，촉진환자적강복。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing care of respiratory tract before and after the pulmonary lobectomy. Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 40 cases of lobectomyin patients in our hospital in recent years was carried out. The nursing measures and the effects before and after the surgery were summarized. Results:The nursing effect of all the 40 patients was very good. And no one was dead. Conclusion:According to the characteristics of pulmonary lobectomy patients, careful nursing on the respiratory tract before and after operation is helpful to reduce the incidence of respiratory complications, improve patient treatment effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
