目的:调查和谐使命-2013任务中女舰员生理周期变化情况,分析可能的影响因素,探寻女舰员长航后生理周期变化的规律。方法通过问卷调查方法调查女舰员在长航前、长航3月后月经情况,对不同年龄、婚姻状态、学历、职业的女舰员月经情况进行分析。任务结束3月后,对发生生理周期紊乱的女舰员通过电话随访了解其月经恢复情况。选取20名年轻女舰员,分别于长航前及长航3月后抽血行性激素水平检测。结果长航3月后女舰员月经紊乱发生率为18.1%,机关女干部组月经紊乱发生率明显高于战士及医务人员组;年龄、学历、婚姻状态对月经周期无明显影响;所有长航中发生月经紊乱者在任务结束3月后月经均恢复正常。长航后女舰员性激素水平无显著差异。结论女舰员在执行长航任务中可能会出现短暂的月经周期紊乱,任务结束后短期内月经即可恢复正常。

Objective To investigate the female crew’s menstrual cycle changes during the voyage of Mission Harmony -2013 and explored the menstruation change rules by analyzing those possible influence factors to the menstrual period. Methods Menstrual cycle changes were surveyed with a questionnaire method for those female crews before the sailing of the voyage and 3 months after the navigation. Age difference, marital status, education and occupation were considered in the analysis for female crews’period changes. All the female crews with menstrual cycle disorders during voyage were follow-up in 3 months after the end of mission. The serum levels of sex hormones were tested in 20 younger crew members prior to sailing and 3 months after the navigation separately. Results The total incidence of menstrual disorders in the female crews was 18.5% after three months long voyage in Mission harmony 2013. The study demonstrated that the incidence of menstrual disorder in organs of women officers was significantly higher than that in the soldiers and medical staff. The age, education, marital status had no effects on menstrual cycle. All the menstrual disorders during voyage had gone back to normal 3 months after the end of the mission. No significant difference was found in the levels of sex hormones either before the voyage or 3 months after navigation. Conclusion A short period of menstrual disorders in female crews may occur during the long voyage, but they can recover in a short term after tasks.
