目的：探讨医院船海外人道主义医疗服务腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石的安全性。方法回顾性分析“和谐使命2014”腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果收治14例患者，10例顺利完成腹腔镜胆囊切除手术（锚泊4例，港泊6例），无术中大出血、中转开腹，手术时间35~120 min，平均（45±9）min。术中出血量0~70 ml，平均（10±3）ml。术后住院时间24~48 h。海上锚泊和港泊组手术时间分别为（44±8）min及（47±15）min，组间差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。术后无胆漏及死亡病例。结论医院船海外医疗服务腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行，创伤小、疗效好。
목적：탐토의원선해외인도주의의료복무복강경담낭절제치료담낭결석적안전성。방법회고성분석“화해사명2014”복강경담낭절제술적림상자료。결과수치14례환자，10례순리완성복강경담낭절제수술（묘박4례，항박6례），무술중대출혈、중전개복，수술시간35~120 min，평균（45±9）min。술중출혈량0~70 ml，평균（10±3）ml。술후주원시간24~48 h。해상묘박화항박조수술시간분별위（44±8）min급（47±15）min，조간차이무통계학의의（P >0.05）。술후무담루급사망병례。결론의원선해외의료복무복강경담낭절제술안전가행，창상소、료효호。
Objective To explore the safety of laparoscopy cholecystectomy in navy hospital ship Peace Ark. Methods The clinical date of 10 patients with gallblade stones who underwent the laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the“harmony misson 2014”were retrospectively analyzed. Results 10 operations were performed successfully including anchored group of 4 and wharf group of 6. The mean operative time was 45±9 min (ranged from 35 min to 120min). The mean interoperation blood loss was 10±3ml (ranged from 0ml to 70ml). Operation time between anchored group and wharf group reflected no statistical difference (44±8 minutes vs 47± 15 minutes, P >0.05). Neither conversion of open procedure nor postoperative death, blood transfusion and bile leakage were found. Conclusion It is considered being reliable and effective to perform laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the navy hospital ship during the overseas medical service mission.
