아국농촌보편존신대자금긴장、신용질서혼란、성신결실등현상，불리우아국농촌경제적건강발전。종신용입법、신용신식교환、금융산품、담보、인재배양등방면，제출가쾌농촌신용체계건설적건의，위건전아국농촌신용체계제공삼고。
Financial tension of deposit and credit, chaotic credit order and lacking of credibility and other similar phenomena are com-mon in rural area in our country, it is not conducive to the healthy development of rural economy in our country. The article presents the suggestions of speeding up the construction of rural credit system from the aspects of credit legislation, credit information exchanging, financial product, guarantee and personnel training etc., provides a reference for completing rural credit system in our country.
