针对辽河中下游特细砂产量大、亟待开发利用的现状,展开辽河特细砂及特细砂混凝土相关研究。以辽河特细砂配制混凝土为研究对象,通过正交试验探讨辽河特细砂混凝土的配合比。正交试验结果表明:C25特细砂混凝土的最优配合比为水灰比0.55、砂率25%、减水剂掺量0.8%。
針對遼河中下遊特細砂產量大、亟待開髮利用的現狀,展開遼河特細砂及特細砂混凝土相關研究。以遼河特細砂配製混凝土為研究對象,通過正交試驗探討遼河特細砂混凝土的配閤比。正交試驗結果錶明:C25特細砂混凝土的最優配閤比為水灰比0.55、砂率25%、減水劑摻量0.8%。
침대료하중하유특세사산량대、극대개발이용적현상,전개료하특세사급특세사혼응토상관연구。이료하특세사배제혼응토위연구대상,통과정교시험탐토료하특세사혼응토적배합비。정교시험결과표명:C25특세사혼응토적최우배합비위수회비0.55、사솔25%、감수제참량0.8%。
The research is about superfine sand and superfine sand concrete according to the status of big yield of superfine sand in middle and downstream area in Liao River and demanding prompt exploitation. The article used the concrete made of superfine sand of Liao River as the research object, discussed the mixing proportion of superfine sand concrete of Liao River by orthogonal experiment. The result shows that the optimal mixing proportion of C25 superfine sand concrete is water cement ratio 0.55、sand ratio 25% and the content of water reducer 0.8%.
