目的：分析脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）患者采用乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗的临床效果。方法入选我院2009‐10—2013‐10收治的120例PSD患者，按照入院顺序分为2组各60例，所有患者均予以脑卒中常规治疗，对照组患者口服阿米替林，观察组联合口服黛力新、乌灵胶囊，治疗6周，比较2组临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果观察组有效率90.0％（54／60），显著高于对照组的75.0％（45／60），治疗后HAMD量表评分（6.5±2.4）分显著低于对照组（8.7±2.5）分，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率40.0％（24／60），对照组为51.7％（31／60），差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗PSD疗效显著，相比阿米替林能更多改善临床症状和 H A M D量表评分，安全性好。
목적：분석뇌졸중후억욱（PSD）환자채용오령효낭연합대력신치료적림상효과。방법입선아원2009‐10—2013‐10수치적120례PSD환자，안조입원순서분위2조각60례，소유환자균여이뇌졸중상규치료，대조조환자구복아미체림，관찰조연합구복대력신、오령효낭，치료6주，비교2조림상료효화불량반응정황。결과관찰조유효솔90.0％（54／60），현저고우대조조적75.0％（45／60），치료후HAMD량표평분（6.5±2.4）분현저저우대조조（8.7±2.5）분，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조불량반응발생솔40.0％（24／60），대조조위51.7％（31／60），차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론오령효낭연합대력신치료PSD료효현저，상비아미체림능경다개선림상증상화 H A M D량표평분，안전성호。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of Wuling capsule combined deanxit for post stroke depression (PSD). Methods 120 patients with PSD were chosen and divided into 2 groups each with 60 cases according to admission order. All pa‐tients were given cerebral stroke routine treatment.Control group was given oral‐taken amitriptyline ,while observation group was given oral‐taken wuling capsule combined deanxit.After 6 weeks of treatment ,clinical effects and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results Effective rate of observation group was 90.0% (54/60) ,which was obviously higher than control group 75.0% (45/60);HAMD score 6.5 ± 2.4 was obviously lower than control group 8.7 ± 2.5 (P<0.05). The rate of adverse reactions of observation group was 40.0% (24/60) and control group was 51.7% (31/60) (P>0.05).Conclusion Wuling capsule combined deanxit for PSD has an obvious effect.Compared with amitriptyline ,it can improve clinical symptoms and HAMD score with a good safety.
