针对江苏省中小河流众多的特点,建成覆盖中小河流的水文报汛通信系统,实现流量、水雨情信息及时、准确、可靠的采集和传输。文章根据测验断面的河道性状、水位及其变幅、交通条件等情况,结合流量计的原理、特点、使用条件、校准方法等,对江苏省中小河流流量自动监测方案进行分析。

침대강소성중소하류음다적특점,건성복개중소하류적수문보신통신계통,실현류량、수우정신식급시、준학、가고적채집화전수。문장근거측험단면적하도성상、수위급기변폭、교통조건등정황,결합류량계적원리、특점、사용조건、교준방법등,대강소성중소하류류량자동감측방안진행분석。
Considering the characteristic of the large number of middle and small rivers in Jiangsu Province ,the hydrological telemetry communication system covering middle and small rivers is to be built to realize the reliable and accurate collection and timely transmission of rivers flow ,water and rainfall information. The paper analyzes the scheme of automatic monitoring middle and small rivers flow in Jiangsu province according to the characters of testing the river section, the water level in the river and its amplitude,the traffic conditions,combined with the flow meter’s principle,characteristics,operating conditions and calibration method,etc.
