In the article, it introduces the mechanism of saving water and increasing yield by the technique of drip irrigation under film from the aspects of water saving, warming, soil physical property improving etc... It combined the experience of the technique applica-tion in recent years, discussed the key points of land selection, tillage and sowing of the technique of maize drip irrigation under film sowing mechanization in Liaoning province, summarized the measures applied for the application of the technique and the benefits achieved.
