飞机结构中确定连接紧固件传递载荷是强度校核的关键。文章基于MSC.NASTRAN对模拟紧固件连接的组合单元方法及其在板体单元混用模型中的应用进行研究,通过算例分析表明,组合单元法适用于板体单元混用模型,计算结果准确可靠。经算例比较,组合单元法所得螺栓剪力与工程方法计算结果较好吻合,可直接计算螺栓拉伸内力。

The determination of pin load is crucial for strength analysis of aircraft structures.The method modeling fastener with combination of different elements and its application in mixture models with SHELL and SOLID elements is studied based on MSC.Nastran. The method is presented to be effective and precise and could be applied in mixture model. In addition, examples are presented to illustrate the shear load calculated by FEM is consistent to results from engineering approach. Furthermore, the method could be applied to obtain tension loads for fasteners.
