Excessive fat and emotional depression are basic causes of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease .Pathogenic locations of the disease are live and spleen;the pathogenesis of the disease is liver stagnation and spleen deficiency;and the symptoms usually re-fer to sputum /turbidity, dampness, blood stasis.Treatment of the disease mainly depends on regulating liver and spleen .Based on the experiences of more than 20 famous TCM doctors , this article analyzed their treatment strategies and medication rules of treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with method of regulating liver and spleen .
