为了克服传统仪表通讯技术传输距离短、实时性差、容错率低等缺点,提出一种基于MSP430F149单片机和Modbus-RTU协议的智能仪表通讯解决方案。阐述了Modbus-RTU协议的基本规范,对通信数据的接收、解析、校验、打包、发送等原理进行详细地分析,并对其硬件和软件的实现方法进行了详细介绍。通过协议测试软件ModScan32验证了该设计方案的可行性和稳定性。实践证明,采用MSP430系列单片机开发的现场总线技术以其低功耗、可靠、经济实用的特点在智能仪表系统中有着良好的应用前景。
為瞭剋服傳統儀錶通訊技術傳輸距離短、實時性差、容錯率低等缺點,提齣一種基于MSP430F149單片機和Modbus-RTU協議的智能儀錶通訊解決方案。闡述瞭Modbus-RTU協議的基本規範,對通信數據的接收、解析、校驗、打包、髮送等原理進行詳細地分析,併對其硬件和軟件的實現方法進行瞭詳細介紹。通過協議測試軟件ModScan32驗證瞭該設計方案的可行性和穩定性。實踐證明,採用MSP430繫列單片機開髮的現場總線技術以其低功耗、可靠、經濟實用的特點在智能儀錶繫統中有著良好的應用前景。

In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional instrument,such as short distance,poor real-time and little fault tolerance,a scheme is proposed to solve the problem about the communication of intelli-gent instrument,which is based on MSP430F149 MCU and Modbus-RTU protocol. The essential nature of the modbus-RTU protocol is expounded in detail,and the principles about data frames which include receiv-ing,analysis,verification,packing and sending are introduced. In addition,the hardware and the software implementation of this scheme are also presented. The feasibility and stability of the design are verified by pro-tocol testing software ModScan32. The practice proves that the field bus technology based on MSP430 series MCU has a good application prospect in the domain of intelligent instrument system on account of its low-en-ergy,reliable,economical and practical characteristics.
