当前，我国高等学校创业教育面临着创业教育供求总量不平衡、创业生态不能满足大学生创业活动需要、创业文化不足以催生大学生创业选择等主要矛盾。在我国经济社会发展现状下，这些矛盾短期内很难全面解决。实施勤工助学企业化建设对创业教育具有很好的促进作用：创造与整合教育资源，实现创业教育的自给自足；打造创业实践平台，促进大学生适应创业生态；搭建创业文化桥梁，催生大学生创业选择。这些促进作用的实现，不是主要依靠政府和社会的支持，而是依靠高校自身的资源和优势，所以，具有很强的可行性。勤工助学企业化建设的实施策略主要有：整合校内外资源，创建勤工助学经济实体；以文化管理为纲，塑造勤工助学企业品牌；确立大学生主体地位，实施实践育人。

At present ,the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of China is faced with sev‐eral major contradictions . For example , the supply and demand of entrepreneurship education is unbalanced ;the entrepreneurship ecology fails to meet the need of college students’ entrepreneurial activi‐ties and the entrepreneurship culture is insufficient to inspire the college students ’ choice of entrepreneur‐ship .In the current situation of China’s economic and social development ,it is difficult to fully resolve these contradictions in a short term .The implementation of the work‐study enterprise construction has played an excellent role in promoting entrepreneurship education :the implementation of entrepreneurial construction of work‐study can create and integrate education resources and achieve self‐sufficiency in en‐trepreneurship education ;creating entrepreneurship practice platform to promote college students to adapt to the entrepreneurial ecology ;building the culture bridge of entrepreneurship culture to promote the col‐lege students to choose entrepreneurship .The realization of these roles does not primarily rely on the sup‐port of the government and the society but on the university’s own resources and advantages .Therefore , it has a strong feasibility .The major strategies to implement entrepreneurial construction of work‐study involves the integration of resources inside and outside school to establish the economic entity of work‐study ,shaping enterprise brand of work‐study with the guideline of cultural management ,establishing col‐lege students’ position as the main body and implementing the practice and responsibility education .
