目的：探究老年胆结石患者术后要采用护理措施和效果。方法选取2013年8月～2014年9月收治的37例老年胆结石患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组24例患者选择术后综合护理，对照组13例患者选择常规护理，对比患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理的总有效率为95.83%，对照组患者护理的总有效率为76.92%。两组患者的护理效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论老年胆结石患者在手术治疗后采用综合护理，可缓解患者病痛，促进身体的康复速度，提高治疗效果，减少并发症，效果显著。

목적：탐구노년담결석환자술후요채용호리조시화효과。방법선취2013년8월～2014년9월수치적37례노년담결석환자진행호리，수궤분조，실험조24례환자선택술후종합호리，대조조13례환자선택상규호리，대비환자적호리효과。결과실험조환자호리적총유효솔위95.83%，대조조환자호리적총유효솔위76.92%。량조환자적호리효과차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론노년담결석환자재수술치료후채용종합호리，가완해환자병통，촉진신체적강복속도，제고치료효과，감소병발증，효과현저。
Objective Postoperative care and its efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with gal stones are to be investigated. Methods We chose 37 gal stone patients who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to September 2014 and separated them into study group and control group at random. Twenty-four patients in study group were given postoperative and comprehensive care,while patients in control group were given conventional treatment, and then compared treatment efficacy between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was up to 95.83%,while treatment efficacy in control group was up to 76.92%,there was a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative care is of efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with gal stones; it is conducive to relieving patients’pain and improving patients’recovery,increasing treatment efficacy and reducing complication incidence.
