利用硝酸银、高分子多糖、聚醚胺、交联剂制备棉用银系抗菌剂,通过对比实验确定了银系抗菌剂最佳配方。通过焙烘,将制得的银系抗菌剂交联固着在棉织物上,讨论了棉织物常规指标的变化以及抗菌性能。结果表明,整理后棉织物白度略微下降,毛细管效应大幅增加,拉伸强力基本不变,抗菌性较好。
利用硝痠銀、高分子多糖、聚醚胺、交聯劑製備棉用銀繫抗菌劑,通過對比實驗確定瞭銀繫抗菌劑最佳配方。通過焙烘,將製得的銀繫抗菌劑交聯固著在棉織物上,討論瞭棉織物常規指標的變化以及抗菌性能。結果錶明,整理後棉織物白度略微下降,毛細管效應大幅增加,拉伸彊力基本不變,抗菌性較好。
이용초산은、고분자다당、취미알、교련제제비면용은계항균제,통과대비실험학정료은계항균제최가배방。통과배홍,장제득적은계항균제교련고착재면직물상,토론료면직물상규지표적변화이급항균성능。결과표명,정리후면직물백도략미하강,모세관효응대폭증가,랍신강력기본불변,항균성교호。
In this paper,the silver-based antibacterial agent on cotton were prepared from AgNO3 ,poly-saccharide,polyethenoxyamine,crosslinking agent.By comparison,the optimum formulation were deter-mined.The cotton containing Ag+ had been prepared by baking with the silver-based antibacterial agent on cotton.Many conventional index and antibacterial property had also been discussed.The results re-vealed that whiteness was decreased.On the contrary,capillary effect and antibacterial property were im-proved.The tensile strength was not changed.
