本综述对高血压脑出血(HICH)转化医学研究中使用的动物模型及其相关研究数据进行总结。从外科手术治疗、非外科手术治疗、脑血肿扩大后的降压治疗及血肿破入脑室及脑出血后相关脑积水的治疗四个方面阐述了目前的基础研究及临床研究的方向及要点。对当前以及未来可能开展的有关HICH临床研究进行了总结和展望。
本綜述對高血壓腦齣血(HICH)轉化醫學研究中使用的動物模型及其相關研究數據進行總結。從外科手術治療、非外科手術治療、腦血腫擴大後的降壓治療及血腫破入腦室及腦齣血後相關腦積水的治療四箇方麵闡述瞭目前的基礎研究及臨床研究的方嚮及要點。對噹前以及未來可能開展的有關HICH臨床研究進行瞭總結和展望。

This review made a summary on animal models and relative research data of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) translational medicine research. Conclude four aspects of basic and clinical research in current research directions and key points as surgical operation treatment, non surgical operation treatment, and antihypertensive treatment after the enlargement of cerebral hematoma, the treatment of hematoma broken into the ventricle and hydrocephalus after cerebral hemorrhage. Summarized and prospected the development of HICH clinical research on the current and the future.
