目的：探究手外伤患者围手术期护理的措施和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年9月收治的37例手外伤患者进行护理措施，随机分组，实验组21例患者选择综合围手术期护理，对照组16例患者选择常规护理，对比患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理的总有效率为95.24%，对照组患者护理的总有效率为81.25%。两组患者的护理效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手外伤患者接受围手术期的综合护理，可提高患者身体的舒适度，减轻疼痛，促使身体恢复，减少不良反应。
목적：탐구수외상환자위수술기호리적조시화효과。방법선취2013년7월～2014년9월수치적37례수외상환자진행호리조시，수궤분조，실험조21례환자선택종합위수술기호리，대조조16례환자선택상규호리，대비환자적호리효과。결과실험조환자호리적총유효솔위95.24%，대조조환자호리적총유효솔위81.25%。량조환자적호리효과차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론수외상환자접수위수술기적종합호리，가제고환자신체적서괄도，감경동통，촉사신체회복，감소불량반응。
Objective To explore perioperative care method and its effect in treatment of patients with hand injury. Methods We chose 37 patients with hand injury who were treated in hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into groups at random. Twenty-one patients in study group were given comprehensively perioperative care,while 16 patients in control group were given conventional treatment and then observed care efficacy of two groups. Results Care efficacy in study group was 95.24%,care efficacy in control group was 81.25%,there was a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative and comprehensive care is of efficacy in treatment of patients with hand injury,it is effective to improve patients’physical comfort feeling and relieve injury pain and what’s more,it is conducive to patients’recovery and reducing side-effect incidence.
