为了解决PVDF压电薄膜测量低频信号失真大、泄漏快和阻抗匹配难等问题,首先探讨了 PVDF的工作机理,继而在频域内使用高效的最小二乘算法设计了一款 Hammerstein动态补偿器模型。仿真结果表明,该动态补偿器模型能快速有效地补偿PVDF传感器低频失真,使PVDF压电膜在低频领域的应用成为可能。
為瞭解決PVDF壓電薄膜測量低頻信號失真大、洩漏快和阻抗匹配難等問題,首先探討瞭 PVDF的工作機理,繼而在頻域內使用高效的最小二乘算法設計瞭一款 Hammerstein動態補償器模型。倣真結果錶明,該動態補償器模型能快速有效地補償PVDF傳感器低頻失真,使PVDF壓電膜在低頻領域的應用成為可能。

Since the PVDF film has some problems like large distortion,fast leakage for low frequency signal measurement and difficulty in impedance matching,this paper firstly discussed the working mech-anism of PVDF.Then,the post-distortion model has been designed by using the least squares algorithm in frequency-domain.It is confirmed by computer simulation that the Hammerstein post-distorter could efficiently compensate the low-frequency distortion conducted by the PVDF sensors,which makes it pos-sible for PVDF film to be applied in the low frequency domain.
