为实现移动核心网设备故障处理的自动化,设计了一套故障智能预处理系统。该系统集成在电信运营商的综合网管内。在核心网设备故障发生后,能够自动识别告警标题,调用预处理指令,记录和判断预处理指令执行的结果。实际应用效果表明,该系统能够有效缩短故障处理时间,减少故障派单数量,提升维护工程师跨专业故障处理能力,同时具备良好的可扩展性。
為實現移動覈心網設備故障處理的自動化,設計瞭一套故障智能預處理繫統。該繫統集成在電信運營商的綜閤網管內。在覈心網設備故障髮生後,能夠自動識彆告警標題,調用預處理指令,記錄和判斷預處理指令執行的結果。實際應用效果錶明,該繫統能夠有效縮短故障處理時間,減少故障派單數量,提升維護工程師跨專業故障處理能力,同時具備良好的可擴展性。

In order to achieve automation of telecommunication equipment failure processing in mobile core network, a set of intelligent failure preprocessing systems were designed. The system is intergraded in telecommunication operator’s integrated OMC (Operation and Maintenance Center). If equipment in core network is broken down, the system is able to distinguish alarm subject, call preprocessing commands, record and judge the results of preprocessing commands. Practical applications show that the system effectively shortens failure processing time, reduces the number of work orders, improves processing ability of maintenance engineers and has good expansibility.
