目的：探讨骨盆骨折的护理方法及临床效果。方法选取68例骨盆骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结，护理方法包括病情观察、心理护理、预防休克和感染、饮食护理、康复训练护理、出院指导等。结果68例骨盆骨折患者在经过一系列的精心护理后，全部康复出院，无并发症，经过12～24个月的随访，根据Majeed临床评分标准，优良率为92.6%。结论通过对骨盆骨折患者的精心护理，提高了手术的成功率，减少了并发症，促进骨折的愈合，缩短康复进程，提高了患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토골분골절적호리방법급림상효과。방법선취68례골분골절환자적림상자료진행회고성총결，호리방법포괄병정관찰、심리호리、예방휴극화감염、음식호리、강복훈련호리、출원지도등。결과68례골분골절환자재경과일계렬적정심호리후，전부강복출원，무병발증，경과12～24개월적수방，근거Majeed림상평분표준，우량솔위92.6%。결론통과대골분골절환자적정심호리，제고료수술적성공솔，감소료병발증，촉진골절적유합，축단강복진정，제고료환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods and clinical results of pelvic fracture. Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of pelvic fracture patients were retrospectively reviewed. The nursing methods included patient’s condition observing,psychological care,prevention of shock and infection, diet care,rehabilitation care,and postdischarge guidance. Results After comprehensive and intensive care,68 cases of pelvic fracture patients were al discharged without complications. Upon the fol ow-up statistics 12 to 24 months thereafter,92.6% patients scored excel ent or good according to majeed clinical scoring scale. Conclusion Caring nursing for patients with pelvic fractures can improve the success rate of surgery,reduce complications,accelerate the healing of fractures,shorten the rehabilitation process,and improve the life quality of patients.
