The standard of construction quality of the wall affects the function of energy-saving heat preservation and involves the problems of construction quality such as the fall off and rain-proof of exterior wall and so on. This paper simply analyzes the causes of problems of building external wall insulation in the construction process and puts forward some effective measures of quality regulatory.
