Domestic and overseas situations were compared in this paper and the status of“low rate, expensive charge”in China was objectively analyzed according to the actual operations of domestic telecommunication industries and enterprises. In view of this, corresponding recommendations to increase network rate and reduce trafifc charge were put forward.
