目的：探讨米索前列醇在绝经妇女取环术中软化宫颈的作用。方法本文选取我院收治的80例绝经取环术患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组直接采用手术治疗方式，治疗组在手术开始之前使用米索前列醇实施治疗过程，对比两组患者的宫颈软化情况、手术成功率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组的完全宫颈软化率、宫颈部分软化率优于对照组，两组结果对比存在差异（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论米索前列醇联合手术治疗过程对于绝经取环术患者有很好的临床效果，能够缓解患者的疼痛，消除不良因素影响，提高手术成功率。
목적：탐토미색전렬순재절경부녀취배술중연화궁경적작용。방법본문선취아원수치적80례절경취배술환자，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조직접채용수술치료방식，치료조재수술개시지전사용미색전렬순실시치료과정，대비량조환자적궁경연화정황、수술성공솔화불량반응발생솔。결과치료조적완전궁경연화솔、궁경부분연화솔우우대조조，량조결과대비존재차이（P<0.05），구유통계학의의。결론미색전렬순연합수술치료과정대우절경취배술환자유흔호적림상효과，능구완해환자적동통，소제불량인소영향，제고수술성공솔。
Objective To investigate the misoprostol on postmenopausal women take ring surgery in the cervical softening effect. Methods Eighty cases of postmenopausal women this paper selected in our hospital in ring removing patients,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group treated with operation mode directly,the treatment group using misoprostol implementation process in operation before the start of treatment were compared between two groups,the incidence of cervical softening,the success rate of operation and adverse reaction. Results The complete cervical treatment group,cervical softening rate part of the softening rate was significantly better than the control group,compared two groups of results there was a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with operation treatment process in postmenopausal ring extraction patients with good clinical effects,can significantly relieve the pain of the patients,to eliminate the adverse factors,improve the success rate of operation.
