目的：研究凉血祛风汤对湿疹的治疗效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院湿疹36例，按照治疗方式不同进行分组。实验组共18例，进行凉血祛风汤治疗；对照组共18例，进行常规治疗，观察两组疗效，并比较分析。结果与对照组相比，实验组治疗有效率较高（P<0.05），差异显著。结论凉血祛风汤治疗湿疹的临床效果较好，可有效缓解症状。

목적：연구량혈거풍탕대습진적치료효과。방법수집2013년10월～2014년10월아원습진36례，안조치료방식불동진행분조。실험조공18례，진행량혈거풍탕치료；대조조공18례，진행상규치료，관찰량조료효，병비교분석。결과여대조조상비，실험조치료유효솔교고（P<0.05），차이현저。결론량혈거풍탕치료습진적림상효과교호，가유효완해증상。
Objective Cooling blood and dispel ing wind decoction effect in treatment of eczema is to be studied. Methods We chose 36 patients of eczema who were received and treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment approaches,18 patients in study group were given cooling blood and dispel ing wind decoction treatment,while 18 patients in control group were given conventional medication treatment,and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Compared to control group,patients’treatment efficacy was much higher in study group(P<0.05),there was a treatment differential between two groups. Conclusion Cooling blood and dispel ing wind decoction is of efficacy in treatment of eczema and it is conducive to relieving il ness symptoms.
