目的：分析高血压患者的心理护理效果。方法选取我院2013年3月～2014年3月间收治的33例高血压患者，对照组施行常规护理，研究组施行心理护理，对比患者护理效果。结果研究组血压改善显著，SAS评分与SDS评分（40.0±10.2）分、（41.4±9.1）分少于对照组（54.9±15.3）分、（54.1±12.9）分，两组护理效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论高血压施行心理护理可以改善血压水平与心理状态，作为一种辅助治疗手段效果良好。

목적：분석고혈압환자적심리호리효과。방법선취아원2013년3월～2014년3월간수치적33례고혈압환자，대조조시행상규호리，연구조시행심리호리，대비환자호리효과。결과연구조혈압개선현저，SAS평분여SDS평분（40.0±10.2）분、（41.4±9.1）분소우대조조（54.9±15.3）분、（54.1±12.9）분，량조호리효과차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론고혈압시행심리호리가이개선혈압수평여심리상태，작위일충보조치료수단효과량호。
Objective Psychological nursing effect on patients with hypertension is to be analyzed. Methods We chose 33 patients with hypertension who were received and treated in hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 and separated them into two groups,patients in control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in study group were given psychological nursing,and then observed and compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients’blood pressure had a better improvement in study group,and in addition,patients’SAS and SDS assessment scores(40.0±10.2) score、(41.4±9.1)score were much lower than scores in control group(54.9±15.3)score、(54.1±12.9)score,there was a nursing differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing is effective to improve hypertension patients’blood pressure level as wel as their psychological state,such an auxiliary treatment means has favorable nursing effect.
