目的：观察左旋多巴在弱视治疗中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院弱视40例患者，根据不同治疗方法对其进行分组。对照组20例，接受常规治疗；研究组20例，在常规治疗基础上应用左旋多巴，观察比较疗效。结果两组相比，研究组视力改善较好（P<0.05），治疗有效率较高（P<0.05），差异显著。结论左旋多巴在弱视治疗中应用效果佳，有效率高，且患者视力改善良好。
목적：관찰좌선다파재약시치료중적응용효과。방법수집2013년10월～2014년10월아원약시40례환자，근거불동치료방법대기진행분조。대조조20례，접수상규치료；연구조20례，재상규치료기출상응용좌선다파，관찰비교료효。결과량조상비，연구조시력개선교호（P<0.05），치료유효솔교고（P<0.05），차이현저。결론좌선다파재약시치료중응용효과가，유효솔고，차환자시력개선량호。
Objective Levodopa application effect in treatment of amblyopia is to be observed. Methods We chose 40 patients of amblyopia who were received and treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment approaches. Twenty patients in control group were given conventional treatment,while 20 patients in study group were given levodopa medication treatment in addition to conventional treatment and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’vision improvements in study group were much better than that in control group(P<0.05); and treatment efficacy was much higher in study group(P<0.05),there was a treatment differential between two groups. Conclusion Levodopa medicaction is of efficacy in treatment of amblyopia,it is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy and improving patients’vision.
