目的：探究咳嗽变异性哮喘患者采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂和氯雷他定治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年9月收治的33例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组17例患者选择沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂和氯雷他定的综合治疗，对照组16例患者选择氨茶碱治疗，对比患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.12%，不良反应发生率为5.9%；对照组患者治疗有效率为75.0%，不良反应发生率为18.8%，两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论变异性哮喘患者采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂和地氯雷他定的综合治疗，可缓解咳嗽、气喘等症状，提高患者身体的舒适度，效果显著。

Objective Treatment method and its efficacy of seretide combined with desloratadine in treatment of cough variant asthma are to be investigated. Methods We chose 33 cough variant asthma patients who were treated in hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 and separated them into two groups at random,17 patients in study group were given seretide combined with desloratadine treatment,while 16 patients in control group were given aminophyl ine treatment,and then compared treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was up to 94.12%, and side-effect incidence was 5.9%,while treatment efficacy in control group was 75.0%,and side-effect incidence was 18.8%;there was differential between study group and control group and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of seretide combined with desloratadine is of efficacy in treatment of cough variant asthma,it is conducive to relieving cough and asthma symptoms and improving patients’physical comfort.
