根据棉纤维发育相关基因转录组学、表达谱分析结果,从海岛棉(新海21)中筛选到一个与棉纤维发育相关的黄烷酮3-羟化酶基因(GbF3H)。生物信息学分析表明,该基因编码区长1107bp,编码368个氨基酸,多序列比对发现 GbF3H序列保守性较高,具有典型的2-酮戊二酸双加氧酶结构域。实时定量PCR分析表明,GbF3H基因在纤维发育的不同时期中均有表达,在开花后5 d的胚珠中表达量最高,推测GbF3H基因可能对棉纤维发育具有重要作用。
根據棉纖維髮育相關基因轉錄組學、錶達譜分析結果,從海島棉(新海21)中篩選到一箇與棉纖維髮育相關的黃烷酮3-羥化酶基因(GbF3H)。生物信息學分析錶明,該基因編碼區長1107bp,編碼368箇氨基痠,多序列比對髮現 GbF3H序列保守性較高,具有典型的2-酮戊二痠雙加氧酶結構域。實時定量PCR分析錶明,GbF3H基因在纖維髮育的不同時期中均有錶達,在開花後5 d的胚珠中錶達量最高,推測GbF3H基因可能對棉纖維髮育具有重要作用。

According to analysis of expression profiling and transcriptome during cotton fiber development,Screening to a cotton fiber development related flavanone 3 -hydroxylase gene (GbF3H)in gossypium barbadense (Xinhai 21 ),Bioinfor-matics analysis indicated that the length of open reading frame (ORF)in GbF3H gene was 1 1 07bp,it could encode a protein which comprising 368 amino acids . Multiple sequence alignment revealed that the GbF3H gene had a high conservative in se-quence . In addition,it had the typical characteristics of 2-ODD conservative structure domain . Real-time PCR analysis showed that GbF3H genes could express in the fiber development at different periods . It had the highest expression in ovule at the 5th day after flowering. These results suggested that GbF3H gene should play an important role in the fiber development.
