火电厂燃煤烟气中的氮氧化物(NOx)脱除,主要采用SCR法,其还原剂主要采用液氨气化、尿素热解或水解制氨以及氨水蒸发制氨等工艺。根据尿素热解法SCR脱硝和液氨气化法SCR脱硝两个工程的运行情况,对在锅炉工况发生变化时,还原剂喷射量的变化与反应器出口氮氧化物浓度响应时间的滞后原因进行了简要分析。

The SCR process is adopted to remove NOx in Coal-fired flue gas of thermal power plant. Its reducing agents mainly adopt the anhydrous ammonia gasification, urea pyrogenation or hydrolyzing ammonia manufacture and ammonia manufactured by aqueous ammonia evaporation technologies. In accordance with the operation of two SCR denitration proj-ects by process of urea pyrogenation and anhydrous ammonia gasification, the paper gives the brief analysis on the change of spraying quantity of reducing agent and the lag reason of response time of NOx concentration when the working condition changes of the boiler take place.
