目的：探讨改良后外侧入路治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折的临床疗效。方法对23例胫骨平台后外侧骨折患者行后外侧入路行支撑钢板内固定治疗。结果23例均获随访，时间8～19个月。骨折均愈合，愈合时间9～16周。HSS 膝关节评分67～96分。结论改良后外侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折，有利于骨折的复位和固定，具有暴露清楚、内固定安放方便、创伤小及临床疗效好等优点。
목적：탐토개량후외측입로치료경골평태후외측골절적림상료효。방법대23례경골평태후외측골절환자행후외측입로행지탱강판내고정치료。결과23례균획수방，시간8～19개월。골절균유합，유합시간9～16주。HSS 슬관절평분67～96분。결론개량후외측입로수술치료경골평태후외측골절，유리우골절적복위화고정，구유폭로청초、내고정안방방편、창상소급림상료효호등우점。
Objective To explore the the clinical curative effect of improved posterolateral ap-proach for the treatment of posterolateral tibial plateau fracture.Methods From March 2013 to July 2014,23 patients with posterolateral tibial plateau fracture received internal fixation through the posterolat-eral approach.Results All patients were followed up for 8 to 19 months.All fractures were healed within 9 to 16 weeks.HSS knee score ranged from 67 to 96 points.Conclusion Posterolateral approach for sur-gical treatment of posterolateral tibial plateau fracture is conducive to the restoration and fixation of frac-ture,which has advantages of clear exposure,convenient internal fixation,little trauma and perfect clinical curative effect.
