本文设计开发了培训过程及培训效果问卷,对青岛市三家家电企业员工进行问卷调查,共获得有效数据200份。运用SPSS18.0对其进行探索性因子分析,以此来识别培训过程及培训效果的构成,并对其进行回归分析,以检验培训过程对培训效果的作用机理。研究结果表明:培训过程(培训教师水平、培训课程设置与培训设施安排)对培训效果起到了显著性的正向影响,其中,培训课程设置对于培训效果的影响程度最大。

The paper makes questionnaires of training course and training effectiveness to survey the employees of 3 appliances businesses, which obtains a total of 200 valid samples, and processes the data with exploratory factor analysis by SPSS18.0 in order to identify the course and effectiveness of staff training. And the study uses regression analysis to examine the effect between the training course and training effectiveness. The study shows: training course (the level of teachers, training curricula and training facilities) plays a significant positive impact on the training effectiveness, and training curricula makes the largest degree of influence.
