埋伏牙的诊断和治疗是口腔医生需处理的难题之一。对埋伏牙治疗前需有影像学分析辅助，诊断埋伏牙的形态、位置，埋伏牙与邻牙及周围组织的位置关系等，以制定治疗计划。锥体束CT（ cone beam computed tomography，CBCT）是近年来发展迅速的一项医学影像技术，本文就应用传统影像学与CBCT诊断埋伏牙进行对比分析。

The diagnosis and management of impacted teeth is one of the difficult problems dentists need to deal with .Imaging analysis is aux-iliary for the treatment of impacted teeth , with the shape and the position of impacted teeth identified , and with the location relationship of impacted teeth to adjacent teeth and peripheral tissues determined, to establish the therapeutic regimen.The cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) is a new medical imaging technique, which develops rapidly in recent years.This article will make a summary about the comparative analysis of the ap-plication of traditional radiographs and CBCT in the diagnosis of impacted teeth .
