医疗服务关乎民生大计，医学院校大学生的德育水平对医疗服务水平具有重要影响。在总结新形势下医学院校大学生德育工作现状的基础上，结合访谈和问卷调查结果，从德育团队、方法、内容3方面深入剖析在医学院校大学生德育工作中存在的问题，进而提出了鼓励医学生自主德育以及创新德育内容、丰富德育形式、挖掘新媒体德育潜力和融入社会主义核心价值观等对策。

Medical services affect livelihood plans and the moral level of college students in medical colleges has a significant impact on the level of medical services.This article summarizes the status of moral education of college students in medical colleges in the new situation .Then based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, it analyzes in depth problems on moral education in the medical college in terms of moral edu-cation team, methods and contents.Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures, such as encouraging medical college students to teach them-selves in morality, innovating contents, enriching forms, taping the potential of moral education to use new media and integrating into the socialist core values.
