上尿路结石的治疗手段日新月异，相关实验室检查项目也在发展，新项目和为了顺应新术式而增加的检验项目也越来越多，充分了解上尿路结石的治疗围手术期有关实验室检查的方法和意义，对于强化围手术期管理、预防相关并发症显得尤为重要。本文就当前腔镜治疗上尿路结石相关实验室检查项目进行综述，对于新项目的开展情况进行简要介绍。
