目的：：探讨两种去雾方法用于机器人辅助腹腔镜镜头去雾的效果比较。方法：将机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除患者80例随机均分为两组，分别采用80℃灭菌注射用水(注射用水组)预热镜头去雾和碘伏纱球(碘伏组)擦拭镜头去雾，比较两组镜头起雾发生率、术中擦镜头次数、镜面清晰度对比，结果：两组镜头起雾发生率、术中擦镜头次数、镜面清晰度相比，碘伏组均优于注射用水组，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：碘伏应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜镜头防雾经济有效又使用方便，具有较好的临床应用及推广价值。
목적：：탐토량충거무방법용우궤기인보조복강경경두거무적효과비교。방법：장궤기인보조복강경신부분절제환자80례수궤균분위량조，분별채용80℃멸균주사용수(주사용수조)예열경두거무화전복사구(전복조)찰식경두거무，비교량조경두기무발생솔、술중찰경두차수、경면청석도대비，결과：량조경두기무발생솔、술중찰경두차수、경면청석도상비，전복조균우우주사용수조，차이유통계학의의(P ＜0.05)。결론：전복응용우궤기인보조복강경경두방무경제유효우사용방편，구유교호적림상응용급추엄개치。
Objective :To co mpare the effect of t wo methods wi pi ng off the robotic ca mera lens mist .Methods :Rando m all ocati on was taken to averagel y di vi de 80 cases undergoi ng the partial nephrecto my via robot-assisted lapa-roscopy i nto t wo groups :40 cases preheati ng the ca mera lens by the 80 ℃sterilized water to wi pe off mist as control group ,and 40 cases with i odi ne yarn ball as observati on group .We co mpared i nci dence of the lens mist ,the ti mes of wi pi ng the lens and the ca mera defi niti on .Results :There was si gnificant difference i n i nci dence of the lens mist ,the ti mes of wi pi ng the lens and the ca mera defi niti on bet ween t wo groups (P <0.05 ).Conclusions :Usi ng the i odi ne yarn ball to wi pe the robotic ca mera lens mist was econo mical and effecti ve .
