通过专家访谈法、文献资料法、逻辑推理法等研究方法，对定向越野运动组织管理者的安全意识、相关安全预案、医疗救助、相应法律法规和保险政策几方面进行研究，发现组织管理者的安全意识不够全面，安全预案不够完善，医疗救助能力不足，关于定向越野保险险种很少，强烈建议建立针对定向越野活动组织管理者的安全意识培训体系、制定科学完善的安全预案、增强医疗救助站的救助能力、增设相应保险险种，最大程度上降低定向越野户外实践的风险。期望本研究能进一步推动户外活动安全措施的理论研究，并为定向越野的推广提供借鉴和参考价值。

This essay carries out research from the following aspects: safety consciousness of organizer and governor of orienteering, interrelated security preparedness, medical rescue, relevant laws and regulations and insurance policy by Delphi technique, document-data method, logical reasoning and other methods. It shows that the safety consciousness of organizer and governor is too narrow to be comprehensive, the security preparedness is not perfect, the possibility of medical rescue is weak, he type of insurance about orienteering is seldomness. It strongly recommends establishing training system of organizer and governor focused on orienteering, formulating the security preparedness scientifically and perfectly, increase the capability of medical rescue stations and enrich the type of insurance policy, all these in order to reduce the risk of orienteering. This essay expects to further promote the study of the theory of the outdoor activities and to provide actual operation reference for making orienting more widespread.
