目的：：总结输尿管镜在尿道狭窄和尿道闭锁临床应用。方法：应用输尿管镜技术治疗尿道狭窄及闭锁72例,外伤性狭窄27例,炎性狭窄30例,前列腺电切术后狭窄13例,2例为先天性后尿道瓣膜。结果：72例患者69例留置导管成功,3例进输尿管镜失败,改为开放手术。68例拔除尿管后均能有效排尿。4例因再发狭窄行耻骨上膀胱造瘘。结论：输尿管镜在尿道狭窄闭锁的诊断、治疗中应用广泛,输尿管技术与其他技术手段相结合,能显著提高尿道狭窄腔内治疗效果。
목적：：총결수뇨관경재뇨도협착화뇨도폐쇄림상응용。방법：응용수뇨관경기술치료뇨도협착급폐쇄72례,외상성협착27례,염성협착30례,전렬선전절술후협착13례,2례위선천성후뇨도판막。결과：72례환자69례류치도관성공,3례진수뇨관경실패,개위개방수술。68례발제뇨관후균능유효배뇨。4례인재발협착행치골상방광조루。결론：수뇨관경재뇨도협착폐쇄적진단、치료중응용엄범,수뇨관기술여기타기술수단상결합,능현저제고뇨도협착강내치료효과。
Objective :To su mmary the cli nical applicati on of ureteroscope i n the urethral stricture and urethra-tresia .Methods :Of 72 cases ,there were 27 cases of trau matic stenosis ,30 cases of sal pi ngitic stenosis ,1 3 cases of urethral stricture after TUVP and 2 cases of congenital posteri or urethral val ve .Results :Urethral catheter was i nd-welled successfull y on 72 cases ,and 3 cases were converted to open operati on due to fail ure of catheterizati on .Si xty-ei ght cases coul d uri nate nor mall y after catheter re moval and the rest 4 cases recei ved suprapubic transurethral cysto-to my due to restenosis .Conclusions :Ureteroscopy is wi del y applied i n the diagnosis and treat ment of urethrosteno-sis .Co mbi ned with other treat ments ,ureteroscopy can si gnificantl y i mprove the theraputic effect .
