目的：：对钬激光与钬激光联合中药碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效进行比较分析。方法：选择2008年12月~2014年8月收治的480例输尿管结石住院患者，按随机原则分为钬激光组与钬激光联合中药两组各240例，术后评价两组患者一次碎石成功率及结石排净率，并统计两组的平均碎石时间以及住院天数，同时分析两组并发症情况。结果：钬激光联合中药组术后住院天数、平均碎石时间、一次碎石成功率、结石排净率明显优于钬激光组(P ＜0．05)，且钬激光联合中药组并发症的发生率明显低于钬激光组(P ＜0．05)。结论：经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术联合中药治疗输尿管结石安全、高效、微创，疗效确切，可在临床推广应用及进一步研究。可作为输尿管结石的首选疗方法。
목적：：대화격광여화격광연합중약쇄석술치료수뇨관결석적림상료효진행비교분석。방법：선택2008년12월~2014년8월수치적480례수뇨관결석주원환자，안수궤원칙분위화격광조여화격광연합중약량조각240례，술후평개량조환자일차쇄석성공솔급결석배정솔，병통계량조적평균쇄석시간이급주원천수，동시분석량조병발증정황。결과：화격광연합중약조술후주원천수、평균쇄석시간、일차쇄석성공솔、결석배정솔명현우우화격광조(P ＜0．05)，차화격광연합중약조병발증적발생솔명현저우화격광조(P ＜0．05)。결론：경수뇨관경화격광쇄석술연합중약치료수뇨관결석안전、고효、미창，료효학절，가재림상추엄응용급진일보연구。가작위수뇨관결석적수선료방법。
Objective :To anal yze the cli nical efficacy of YAG laser lithotri psy and YAG laser lithotri psy co m-bi ned with traditi onal Chi nese herbs for the treat ment of ureteral calcul us .Methods :Bet ween Dec .2008 and Aug . 201 4 ,480 i npatients with ureteral calcul us i n our urol ogical depart ment were rando ml y di vi ded i nto t wo groups :YAG laser group (n =240 )and YAGlaser co mbi ned with traditi onal Chi nese herbs group (n =240 ).The cli nical da-ta were collected ,and the one-off successful rate of lithotri psy ,the calcul us clearance rate ,the mean lithotri psy ti me ,mean hospital stay and co mplicati ons were anal yzed .Results :The mean hospital stay ,mean lithotri psy ti me , one-off successful rate ,and calcul us clearance rate i n YAGlaser co mbi ned with traditi onal Chi nese herbs group were si gnificantl y superi or (P <0 .05 )to their counterparts of YAG laser group ,and the co mplicati on rate was l o wer i n YAG laser co mbi ned with traditi onal Chi nese herbs group (P <0 .05 ).Conclusions :The YAG laser lithotri psy through ureteroscopy co mbi ned with traditi onal Chi nese herbs was safe ,efficient ,mi ni mall y-i nvasi ve and effecti ve to treat ureteral calcul us .It coul d be the preferred therapy for ureteral calcul us .
