目的：建立清热解毒合剂的质量控制标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中金银花和栀子进行鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芩苷含量。结果：薄层色谱斑点清晰，分离度较好，专属性强。高效液相色谱法测定结果，黄芩苷在0.186～1.861μg线性关系良好。（r=0.9998），平均加样回收率为100.54%，RSD0.41%。结论：该方法快速、灵敏、准确，可有效控制清热解毒合剂的质量。
목적：건립청열해독합제적질량공제표준。방법：채용박층색보법대제제중금은화화치자진행감별；채용고효액상색보법측정제제중황금감함량。결과：박층색보반점청석，분리도교호，전속성강。고효액상색보법측정결과，황금감재0.186～1.861μg선성관계량호。（r=0.9998），평균가양회수솔위100.54%，RSD0.41%。결론：해방법쾌속、령민、준학，가유효공제청열해독합제적질량。
Objective: to establish the quality control standards of heat clearing and detoxicating mixture. Methods: Honeysuckle and Gardenia were identified by TLC.The content of baicalin was determined by RP-HPLC.Result: The spots is the TLC were fairly clear, good separating degree, strong specificity. The results of determination by HPLC,a good linear relationship within a range of 0.186~1.861 μ g. (r=0.9998),The average rate of recovery was 100.54%, RSD 0.41%. Conclusion: The method is a simple,rapid and accurate, analysis assay ,which can be used fora quality control of heat clearing and detoxicating mixture.
